We invite you to a special workshop on Saturday, November 28, at 2:00 p.m., where you’ll discover lasagna and the Negroni—two beloved classics of Italian cuisine.

Under the guidance of our chef, you’ll learn how to prepare lasagna, a classic of Italian cuisine; from the harmony of the layers to the subtleties of the sauces, and from proper cooking techniques to the finer points of presentation, we’ll uncover the secrets to a delicious lasagna. Then, by learning how to make the Negroni—a classic cocktail distinguished by its unique aroma—we’ll take a step into the delightful world of Italian cuisine.

In this workshop, where you’ll gain a wealth of new knowledge—from selecting the right ingredients to achieving the perfect flavor balance, and from cooking techniques to the finer points of presentation—you’ll have fun while also getting to enjoy the dishes you’ve prepared with your own hands. 👨‍🍳✨

Our workshop programs are held once at least 8 participants have registered.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
Our workshops are open to participants ages 15 and older. Participants under the age of 15 are not permitted in the kitchen area.
