1. Purpose of Processing
In accordance with Turkish KVKK Law (no. 6698), your personal data is processed by Zai for: ticket sales, order/payment/delivery management, legal obligations (invoicing, tax, refund), customer support, mandatory event notifications, and — only with your explicit consent — marketing communications.
2. Data Categories
- Identity: name, surname, TR ID (optional for invoicing).
- Contact: email, phone, address.
- Payment: order amount, payment confirmation. Card data is NEVER stored on our servers; processed via Akbank Virtual POS.
- Transaction security: IP, browser, timestamp.
