Distance Sales Agreement
1. Parties
Seller: Zai Bodrum
Buyer: The person purchasing the ticket by accepting this agreement.
2. Subject
This contract governs the sale and delivery of event tickets ordered through zaibodrum.com in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law no. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
3. Payment & Delivery
- Payment via Akbank Virtual POS using 3D Secure. Card data is not visible/stored on Seller side.
- Ticket is delivered as PDF via email after payment confirmation.
- Digital ticket (QR code) must be presented at the event entrance.
4. Right of Withdrawal
Important: According to Distance Contracts Regulation Art. 15/1-(g), event tickets are NOT subject to the right of withdrawal as they are services performed on specific dates. Refunds are only issued if the Seller cancels the event.
5. Force Majeure
In case of cancellation due to natural disaster, fire, pandemic, government decision etc., the Seller will either refund the ticket or provide a ticket to the rescheduled event.
