Sushi Workshop
At the sushi workshop taking place on Friday, June 6, at 2:00 PM at the Zai Bodrum kitchen workshop, we’ll learn hands-on how to make two different types of sushi: one hot and one cold.
From preparing sushi rice to rolling techniques, and from basic flavor balance to presentation details, every step will be covered throughout the workshop.
Designed for anyone interested in sushi-making, this workshop offers the chance to taste the sushi you prepare yourself. We look forward to seeing you in the kitchen.
Note: Each workstation is for one person only.

Information
EVENT RULES
- Smoking is prohibited in the event area.
- Children under 15 are not permitted to attend the event.
- Admission is required for those 15 years of age and older.
- No outside food or drinks will be allowed in the concert area.
- Zai Yaşam reserves the right to refuse entry to the event venue to anyone it deems inappropriate or likely to disturb other guests, provided that the ticket price is refunded.
- The event venue features unreserved seating. Zai Yaşam assumes no responsibility for any items left to reserve seats that are moved or removed.
- The event venue opens at 8:30 p.m.
- Pets are not allowed.
